ProfpatschandStephen Diehl	d462550f07	add mapExcept(T) and withExcept(T) (#76 ) Since we already export functions like `withState` and the names don’t clash with anything, we export these transformation functions as well. Since we already export functions like `withState` and the names don’t clash
