steve-chavez 7f1507b9fb refactor: remove Table from Relationship ...

Just having the QualifiedIdentifier gets us closer to having
Relationship as a Table attribute since it avoids a cyclic dependency

* remove unnecessary findTable
* modify RootSpec test
