Taimoor ZaeemandSteve Chavez 98f8e52b46 refactor: remove auth and logging middleware 
This commit removes auth middleware for it hides
side effects and obscures logic. The auth operations
are now done in its own stage in the request-response
cycle.

It also removes the logging middleware because now
we instead use observation module to log the response.

Laurence Isla 0b3c8c98d8 feat: improve error response when the requested schema is invalid 
- It now shows the invalid schema in the "message"
- The exposed schemas are now listed in the "hint" instead of the "message"

Steve ChavezandGitHub 307692c325 break: remove limited updated/delete feature (#3907) 
BREAKING CHANGE

As agreed on https://github.com/PostgREST/postgrest/issues/3013#issuecomment-1770186262,
this removes the limited update/delete feature.

The feature was complicated, largely unused and caused other bugs in
mutations.

It was added in #2195 and #2211.

fix: bug when using Range header on PATCH/DELETE
  - Fix the "message": "syntax error at or near \"RETURNING\"" error
  - Fix doing a limited update/delete when an order query parameter was present

breaking: The Range header is now only considered on GET requests and is ignored for any other method
  - Other methods should use the `limit/offset` query parameters for sub-ranges
  - PUT requests no longer return an error when this header is present

Fixes https://github.com/PostgREST/postgrest/issues/1452.

The single row restriction can be lifted because the
PUT will consider only the first object of the array.

Robert VollmertandSteve Chavez 3da5a2875e Update to protolude 0.3.0 
The good part is that protolude 0.3.0 builds with GHC 8.10.

The bad part is that this change is a bit painful:
- the default `toS` has changed to no longer convert to and from ByteString
- similarly, `show` no longer outputs ByteString

The changes here are pretty much minimal to keep things compiling; I didn't
see a nice way to work with the new ConvertText class, even though `toUtf8`
seems like it might help if used besides `toS` at just the right spots.

Robert VollmertandSteve Chavez 79399686db Remove unused imports (with newer protolude) 
The changes here are from fixing stack build with LTS 15.8 (GHC 8.8.3)
to be warning-free. Most if not all come from the newer protolude
version, which adds some things like `unwords`.

So to make sure that we don't get unused import warnings with newer
stackage, this both raises the protolude lower bound and removes
these imports.
