Fix appveyor build
Appveyor failed on latest release https://ci.appveyor.com/project/begriffs/postgrest/build/1.0.5
according to https://github.com/commercialhaskell/stack/issues/2617#issuecomment-271966495
this can be fixed by adding `-j1`.
